Oak Hill Cemetery was established February 19, 1851 when Joseph Ewbank deeded property to the Brookfield Cemetery Association.  The association operated both the Oak Hill and Pioneer cemeteries until 1905, when Oak Hill Cemetery Association was formed.

 

Oak Hill Cemetery is a catalogued burial site under sec. 157.70 Wis. Stats. It is an unincorporated association tax exempt under sec. 501(c) (13) IRS.
